Supporting those in genuine need with transparency and care
At Second Wind Foundation, our goal is to extend timely help to those who are genuinely in need and have no other means of financial relief. To ensure fairness and accountability, every applicant is evaluated under well-defined eligibility criteria.
Beneficiaries are categorized into three major support areas, depending on their situation and the nature of help sought.
This category supports families where the main earning member has passed away without any insurance coverage, leaving dependents in distress.
The Foundation provides help to ensure the family's basic survival, health, and children's education needs are not compromised.
Priority is given to families with minor children, elderly dependents, or no alternate source of income. The Foundation's support may include direct financial aid, education assistance for children, or medical expenses depending on the case, as per the available funds with the foundation.
This category is aimed at helping individuals or families facing serious health-related financial burdens.
Support may include treatment cost assistance, medicine expenses, or help in emergency medical situations, depending on available funds and urgency.
Education is the foundation of a better tomorrow. Under this category, the Foundation helps students and children from financially weak families who cannot afford school or college education.
Assistance may be provided in the form of fee payment, educational material, or partial scholarships depending on merit and financial need.
This category covers individuals and families trapped in the cycle of debt due to genuine financial hardship.
Note: Preference is given to farmers, economically weaker sections of society, and low-income earners who are genuinely struggling to meet basic needs.
Support under this category is offered through direct bank transfers only, after complete verification. The Foundation may also provide financial counseling and capacity-building support to help beneficiaries rebuild their financial stability.
If you or someone you know meets the eligibility criteria and needs assistance, we're here to help.
